Wine, beer, great food! For me, nothing could be a happier marriage. When putting together this menu, other than an absolute focus towards freshness and flavour, which for this, i’ve only used olive oil and small quantities of butter with absolutely no Trans fats.
I wanted to create a menu that would be Mediterranean in origin to suit the look and feel of the new Shisha reincarnated but at the same time have something on the menu for everyone and most importantly, something to eat, whatever your hour or mood.
So to start, for customers who want to drop in the early with friends, to chill out over a bottle of wine, whilst casually, enjoying the conversation and ambience over a salad, a plate of pan fried Moroccan Prawns, a succulently grilled breast of chicken with creamy chickpea mash, a bowl of Gnocci, some freshly tossed pasta or a perfect risotto.
Next or those of us who have finished work and are looking for a quick bite, maybe some, middle eastern Kebabs, choose from Moroccan chicken, Lamb kefta, Moorish prawns or maybe pesto marinated cottage cheese or some Greek style mushrooms. Fresh off the coals, or for a group of friends that can scoff down a whole platter of kebabs, complimented by Harissa paste and Romesco dip or a Mezzeh platter, lined up with bowls full of Hummous, Fatoosh salad, Tzatziki, Imam Beyildi and fresh cous cous with some freshly baked Lebanese flat breads. Our deliciously hot and crispy pizza’s and Naanza’s have recently become the talk of the town.
And finally for those late nighters. Who just want to snack and nibble. We have all manner of nibbles, from bowls of marinated olives, spicy potato Wedges, Crunchy baby corn skewers, Crostini, Risotto fritters, crispy sesame chicken, Char grilled sausages and Prawn skewers, to our newly added Turkish rolls and Chicken Shawarma or Felafel filled pita pockets and finally, don’t forget that you can only get a piping hot pizza’s and freshly make Kebabs until the wee hours, only here at Shisha reincarnated.

A word by Sunil Tainwala
The creative genius responsible for the stylish appeal of Shisha Reincarnated.
The interiors of Shisha Reincarnated reflect contemporary design to sooth the urban and chic population. The interiors are well defined, with the use of different textures in order to relate to all age groups. The wooden carvings symbolise and posses a sense of style and warmth. The red colour reflects the youthful mood of the night club and hence transcends comfort.
The lounge section has a formal touch so that one can enjoy his personal domain without being segregated from the party fever of Shisha Reincarnated. The use of leather, traventino stone, soft lighting and plush interiors gives it a very sophisticated look.
The booth concept at Shisha Reincarnated represents class and style. With large sofas and private seating arrangement ,this is the best section to stay away from the party madness yet being a part of it. The open deck on the other hand is another unique feature where one can unwind and spend a quiet evening.
The ideology behind creating the interiors of Shisha Reincarnated was to lure people of all age brackets, coming from different walks of life, all of whom have a common goal -having a great time at a great place.

Shisha Signature Cocktail Menu
The ideology behind creating the Shisha signature menu stemmed from the challenge of making a very successful bar, even more exciting. To match the new ambience of an international club, in the style of its drinks and service. To give it the Shatbhi Basu touch!
My relationship with Kolkata is at best a city I visit every once in a while and enjoy to the fullest its joys and idiosyncrasies. It is from these memories that I picked up the nuances of flavour that we have incorporated into our signature cocktails. Like the Paan Martini – infused with the sweet essence of saunf, supari and paan masala – garnished with either a meetha or saada paan. Or the Aam Shotto Caipirojka with its fresh burst of delicate mango. And then my favourite, the Spicy Khejur Gud & Apple Mojito. Bold, brash yet extremely addictive.
The next change was to ensure every cocktail that left the bar had a wow effect. From the simplest Bloody Mary to a frozen Margarita or Long Island Iced Tea – each should excite the senses as well as the taste buds. Finally, add new dimensions to some all-time favourites. So came the different flavours of Caipirojkas & Mojitos, fresh takes on Margaritas, Daiquiris & Moskowskis and some funky influences on the Long Island Iced Tea.
Enjoy!
